Only a modest increase. This reflects accurately the decline in new listings and the small decline in sales. Still, on average if no other homes were listed for sale, it would take about 10 months to sell through all the homes for sale if we continued at the current selling rate.
The big thing to notice is that it is over a 40% increase since last year and 60% increase since July 2009.
